Bookings

The following details need to be given when a booking is made:

1. Full name of passengers
2. Type of room required i.e. Single, Double, Twin or Triple
3. Check in & Check out date
4. Flight details i.e. flight number & arrival time

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation/amendments on any confirmed booking within 15 working days of arrival date are subjected to charge 25% and 7 days working days of arrival date are subject to 50% and 3 working days of arrival date are subjected to charge 100%

Child Rate

• Child with bed @ 60% of adult rate
• Child without bed @ 40% of adult rate
• Under 2 year old @FOC
• Rate quoted is based on minimum of 2 adults travelling together

Payment

Payment for bookings should be made before Guest arrival by way of Bank T.T to our company Bank Account. Details as follows:

Or in Mode of Cash on Arrival. (Bank Draft & Travel Cheque NOT accepted)

Rates

All rates quoted are in USD, Non-Commissionable and is Subject to change without prior notice. We will notify on the changes on the rates (If any) when we send you the confirmation.

Check-in & Check-out Time

The official check-out time in Nepal is at 1200 hrs and check-in time at 1500hrs.
